About the Venue
The hotel offers state-of-the-art facilities and high speed Wi-Fi in both conference halls, namely the “Athina Conference Hall” (720 sq.m.) and “Imperial Congress Hall” (1400 sq.m.) with a total capacity of over 750 and 1500 delegates respectively. The halls can be partitioned into smaller meeting rooms and exhibition areas by movable soundproof panels to offer the flexibility and functionality needed by conferences and workshops.
Special Rates
Special rates for IEEE CSR participants have been arranged with the conference venue. A limited number of rooms have been reserved for Aug. 3–7, 2025 (min. 4 nights), with a mountain/garden view and max. capacity of three persons, at the following rates (breakfast and taxes included).
- Single or double room: 330€ per night
- Triple room: 25% (resp. 35%) surcharge on the double room rate if the 3rd person is below (resp. equal to or above) 12 years old
